If you encounter Immunet quarantining a program that you are sure is a False Positive and there is nothing malicious about the program your first option should be to submit the FP by email to email@example.com.
False positives will need to be encrypted since we see them as malware. This is normally done by adding a password to your compressed folder (usually zip). After you have encrypted the file you will be able to send it through email. Please include the password in your email.
You can also submit a FP at Immunet's contact page. Click on the drop down menu and select "Submit a false positive." As a final option you can use this forum to submit the samples but the first two options are the best way to submit them as they will be viewed by a support technician in a more timely manner.
