Hello,

I've downloaded Immunet 3 and it's working properly but as I read the forum I understood that Immunet Plus is not available anymore
  • Does this means that Immunet 3 is bound to disappear ? What is the future of it ?
  • Meanwhile is there a generic key to enable plus ?

Hello exa,

Immunet Free will continue to live long after Plus is no longer supported. I am not sure what you mean by your second question. We do not serve out keys for Immunet any longer.

Hi guys, I have a somewhat related question that I hope Lorne or some other Admin. can answer, any news as to when a new build will be rolled out that will address the need to eliminate any reference to the Plus upgrade (the side banner included) pretaining to the User Interface? This UI update should really be given some priority since it is confusing people and with good reason! It has been a while since the Plus version was no longer being sold and the UI still doesn't reflect this fact.

Cheers, Ritchie...

That's part of the reason I asked if there was a generic key to enable plus and hopefully remove the banners but if a UI update is coming that would be even better because it looks like an early 2000 soft and that's a shame because many user will think that they downloaded some old version or not updated antivirus while it a pretty good software

ritchie58, exa,

As it stands, we currently have no date set for a UI update. We will release details at a later time as we get closer to end-of-life (June 2016).

Sorry for being so vague, but we are currently focused on other projects and the Immunet user interface is not a priority for us at the moment.

Lorne

I have the plus, it expired on Feb 18 but I can't seem to get rid of the Plus, nor can I seem to get the Free to not give me the option to stop the pop ups for renewing the plus.  I would think after 2 years that the Plus option would be gone and the Free would be the only thing on the site.  My son writes programs and he said it might take an hour to go into the original program and delete this.  So why after two years is this not fixed.  Not having time to clear up confusion is not something I would classify as non-essential. By the way I removed the Plus from my computer, downloaded the free and when I installed it I now have pop-ups for the Plus every time I turn my computer on.

Hello murphydk47,

We are aware of the issue of Immunet Plus still being advertised on the Free version of the software and we do have plans to address this.

Unfortunately, there are other competing priorities that are taking precedence at the moment.

We're looking to release new details as we get closer to the end of life date of Immunet Plus in June 2016.

Regards,

Becker
