So I tried to re-install immunet but when the installer tries to download what he needs it says "Failed Download", I had to download an offline installer that I found on softpedia.
The issue is not my internet connection:

Since Immunet uses a bootstrapper it is important that the installer has unencumbered internet access. That means it's very important that it is not being blocked by your firewall or other installed security software. It is not recommended to use a third-party offline installer as that could have undesireable consequences if the installer has been compromised with spyware or malware. That is possible.  Also, who knows what version you'll end up with using the off-line installer. With the bootstrapper you'll at least get the newest version. Always choose the English language version when installing too as new translation strings for other languages have been all but foresaken.

Well that's weird shouldn't you make an installer that has only english as an option ? It does works when english is used

I do remember when there was a community of users willing to devote their time & energy to translate the strings to their native languages for new builds. If I remember right you participated in that, didn't you mokito? After Sourcefire acquired Immunet they decided to expend most company resources getting the enterprise version of Immunet (FireAMP Connector) ready to roll out. At about that time translations became "much less" of a priority unfortunately and the trend has only continued to this day.
