On another comp, at the same lan, its ok. What could be the cause?

Thank you.

If your platform is Windows XP 64bit then FireAMP Connector is not compatible with this Operating System. If it's 32bit then Service Pack 3 for Win XP must be installed first.

If that's not the issue then make sure you have an uninterrupted active internet connection when installing as FireAMP & Immunet both use a bootstrapper installer.

Another consideration, make sure that some other installed security app (such as your firewall, additional AV, etc...) isn't trying to quarantine, block or sand-box the files necessary for the install to take place or the installer itself.

Cheers, Ritchie...

Thank you.

Well, its 32bit xp. The internet connection is really stable. I dont have/i dont know FireAMP. The is no other AV soft. There was AVG, but uninstalled and cleaned with ccleaner. Finally I run install aplication on another machine with xpsp3, wait till it downloads "protect-latest.exe", copy this executable to this machine, and then the installation finished well....

Oh, I thought you were attempting to install FireAMP Connector which is Immunet's enterprise version. That still is strange that something was interfering with the installer on the original XP machine though. Glad the end result worked out, I guess that's the most important thing!

Best wishes, Ritchie...
