I get a message that Immunet is not running and I need to restart the service and try again. How do I do that?

This is usually caused by a connectivity issue. Here is a FAQ topic that gives you some things that you can look into yourself. The post is a bit dated but still has some good info. I say dated because Immunet's main process is no longer agent.exe (but rather sfc.exe) that's stated in the topic.
