If you encounter Immunet quarantining a program that you are sure is a False Positive and there is nothing malicious about the program your first option should be to submit the FP by email to email@example.com
False positives will need to be encrypted since we see them as malware. This is normally done by adding a password to your compressed folder (usually zip). After you have encrypted the file you will be able to send it through email. Please include the password in your email.
