In trying to update Immunet on a windows 7 pro PC I am getting the following:

Package could not be verified.

Download failed.  Check internet connection.

The internet connection is fine otherwise.

I have tried uninstalling the previous version, booting in Safe mode, Running it as an administrator all to no avail.

The PC is behind an Untangle firewall. We have have no issues with previous version upgrades.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Hi BrunoB, this very well could be related to an already reported issue with the ClamAV module.

In this other Support (Issues/Defects) topic I have added a thread for a few things you can try to get 6.0.8 installed. I hope this info helps your situation.

Hi Ritchie,

I had read that thread and none of those did  resolve the install issue.

So today I will try that PC in another location on another users profile and no firewall,etc...

Yes, great idea, try to install Immunet 6.0.8 without the Untangle Firewall enabled! I did some research on the software and this firewall can block not only protocols & ports but also individual IP Addresses from a process that may need internet access.
