JScott posted a topic in Immunet Support (Issues/Defects)Hello, I am running Windows Server 2012 R2, and Immunet v18.104.22.16838. It appears, I am able to scan the system drive (where Immunuet is installed), however I cannot scan other non-system drives (where data is stored.) When I perform a custom scan (and select the drive where the data it stored), it simply ends quickly and shows that zero files were scanned. Thanks for your help. ~J

(Its a shared storage drive) I am able to open up and browse the files from the Win UI, so its not an encryption or permission problem. Any other suggestions? ~J
