  2. thanks for your response. i have not uninstalled/reinstalled. when i type services.exe the start window closes. ??
  3. I noticed my Clam AV hasn't run since 11/30. I tried to schedule regular scans but it said "You Can Not Scan at This Time" (sic). Also, "Immunet Protect is not running. Please restart the Immunet Protect service and retry." So I searched the forums and found something about start-run-cmmd etc but failed at this enterprise. I am using Firefox, not IE, if that is relevant. Any advice? Thanks, Carol
