  1. Hi, In order for Symantec Endpoint Protection and Immunet to cooperate their installation directories have to be added to each-other's exclusion lists. To do this in Immunet simply go into Settings > General Settings > Protection Exclusions and add the directory in which Symantec is located. Do the same for Immunet in Symantec's exclusion list.
  2. Hi ritchie, Thanks for addressing this soon-to-be issue. As far as the Immunet team is concerned regarding support for Windows 10 (and Windows 8/8.1), for at least the next year it is unlikely that any significant changes/upgrades will be made. After the Immunet Plus End-Of-Life date (June 16, 2016) we will be incorporating all of the Plus features into the free version. At that time the decision might be made to bring it up to speed with the newest Windows versions. That is unofficial and unconfirmed but the most likely timeline, if any, for Windows 10 support. PS: I have re-titled this thread in case any consumers are curious about this.
  3. Unfortunately we do not offer direct support for Mcafee, Immunet is a companion antivirus which can run alongside Mcafee without causing problems but as far as I can tell you are not running it. Please try contacting Mcafee here.
  4. Hello, Having multiple programs running simultaneously can often slow down your computer. If you currently do not have any antivirus on your laptop I strongly suggest you download Immunet or another antivirus software. If the behavior persists please install Immunet and run the diagnostic tool: 1) Click Start -> All Programs -> Immunet 3.0 -> Support Diagnostics Tool. 2) A new file will be created on your desktop with a name like Immunet_Support_Tool_[date and timestamp].7z. 3) Please email this file to support@immunet.com I can then assist you further.
