Unable to install definition updates

Thanks, worth a try. I don't worry too much about ClamAV as the cloud-based AV engines are working. -

It's working when I use image url now. I guess case is solved now. I simply can't upload directly. By the way, here's a screenshot of my upload limit for pics below. I only have half a megabyte and I'm actually bit over that quota. I guess my account has a bug: -

Indeed, definition updates are working again. Thanks! And do you know how to delete old images in the forum. I have a 500 kb limit and couldn't find a way to delete images. -

Hi, I have ClamAV and definition updates enabled but when I click on "Update Now", the definitions don't update any longer (error: unable to install updates). It worked before and I installed Immunet on a fresh system. I tried with Firewall disabled, restarted my PC and also reinstalled Immunet, get the same result screenshot showing error PS:Does Immunet still get definition updates for the ETHOS and SPERO engines? PPS: How do I delete old attachments, can't upload new images to this post?

I disabled Monitor Program Start, Monitor Program Install and Blocking Mode, still Tor Browser doesn't work and I got these 2 exploit messages - see links below (was not able to upload or insert images to my reply): https://s26.postimg.org/xl79k7stl/Capture2.png https://s26.postimg.org/np66kkn1l/Capture.png

I have installed this version today, still the same problem, and I even removed and reinstalled both Immunet and Tor browser to see if that could fix the issue, still I could see a stop exploit message from Immunet although I have excluded all folders and files I know.

I got the same issue. Immunet worked well with Tor browser until the latest update. I moved the browser installation folder to another location, added an exclusion but still Immunet thinks it has to block it. No idea how to resolve that.

Full Scan Fails/stops After A Few Minutes
FoxFerox replied to FoxFerox's topic in Immunet Support (Issues/Defects)
Hi Ritchie, Immunet (sfc.exe and iptray.exe) is set to "allow" in the Norton firewall. I hope Immunet will work out fine in Windows 10. Thank you! -

Full scans work again, no idea what the problem was but I hope it stays that way -
Full Scan Fails/stops After A Few Minutes
FoxFerox replied to FoxFerox's topic in Immunet Support (Issues/Defects)
Aargh, just when I thought all is running smoothly I got again the same problem: Immunet's Full Scan suddenly stops before completing. I checked the event viewer and saw again this message: "The Immunet 3 service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly." I had no luck solving this before. I googled a whole day trying to find a fix. I copied and pasted below the event viewer's output about this problem further below. I hope this info serves to maybe solve that problem. Thanks! Full Scan Fails/stops After A Few Minutes
FoxFerox replied to FoxFerox's topic in Immunet Support (Issues/Defects)
Thanks for your swift reply! I followed your instructions and used Immunet's built-in uninstaller. I reinstalled Immunet and it looks like the problem is solved. Even better, Immunet updates by itself. It never did that before. I always had to manually update virus database. So, Immunet works better than ever. I hope it stays this way. Please, could you leave this topic open for a couple of days in case the same issue or similar ones arise (I am a pragmatic pessimist ) so I can tell about it here. Besides, very insightful topic you wrote about the next Windows release. In case there's a beta version of Immunet for Windows 10, I would be the first to sign up. I really hope there will be Windows 10 support. In the meantime, I will recommend Immunet to my friends and colleagues . -
Hi, I've been using happily Immunet 3 alongside Norton Security Suite for almost a year without problems in Windows 8.1 but since yesterday I can't get it to perform a Full Scan: I am using latest Immunet 3 on Windows 8.1 Pro and have problems now with Immunet Full Scans. I tried to do several Full Scans but they never complete since they always stop after a few minutes and there's is no entry in the history about a Full Scan attempt (see screenshot telling 0 files scanned). I noticed that the service ImmunetProtect always stops a few minutes into a full scan and hence the Full Scan never truly finishes. Yet, as for now, ImmunetProtect service restarts after about 5 minutes after a failed Full Scan. I added Immunet 3 program folders to the Norton exclusion list (see pictures below). I also allowed it through the firewall (controlled by Norton). Yet, none of those measures helped. Thanks for any help!
