Hi all, I've had this tucked away in the announcement section but I'm posting again here to ensure that everyone views it. If you are having trouble uninstalling Immunet 6.0.6 can you please follow the instructions below then confirm your windows version along with if it was successful? Thank you! -Christine "If you are experiencing Windows 10 issues and are unable to uninstall Immunet please follow the instructions below. While holding the shift key on your keyboard click start-> power -> restart (you can let go of shift now) Windows will reboot into a troubleshooting wizard, click troubleshoot -> advanced options -> start-up settings -> restart The computer will reboot into a startup settings wizard, press 4 or F4 to boot into safe mode Once the computer finishes booting into safe mode, login, then click start-> settings -> Apps-> Immunet -> uninstall-> uninstall The immunet uninstall wizard will start -> next -> close -> Click No to the question about if you plan on re-installing immunet ) (we do hope you will give immunet another Try once we are fully compatible with the fall creators update, but for now we need to ensure immunet is fully uninstalled) -> Yes (this last yes will reboot your machine out of safe mode back into normal mode.)"

Immunet Community Members, At this time, Windows 10 is currently not compatible with our latest version of Immunet. Please do not install Immunet with this OS. We've updated the System Requirements section of http://www.immunet.com/index to include this information. We're currently working to resolve the known issues associated with this incompatibility for the next release, which hasn't received a definitive release date at this time. In the meantime, we're asking users to please generate a support dump to submit to support@immunet.com and uninstall Immunet until we've released a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work diligently on a resolution. Thank you, Christine

Hello everyone, I've been notified that the community stats bug has been fixed. As for a brief explanation, our backend processes for gathering current user and virus count totals were broken and left us with no data to display. Most affected users were likely still connected to the cloud. Additionally, since Immunet 6 we’ve been enabling our offline antivirus clamAV engine by default which would have protected users even if the cloud couldn’t be reached. Please PM me if you find that this issue is still unresolved in your particular case. Thanks for your patience everyone! -Christine
