  1. Hello, Seeing Ced's post, I reinstalled immunet to give it a shot. I removed all non existent folders from the exclusion list. Started a Flash Scan. At the end of the flash scan, my HD led stayed steady On. A glance at the disk monitor shows the usual 2M+ agent.exe tasks writing to historyex.db. After a flash scan, it lasts for about 20'.After that, agent.exe still writes about 300kB/s to this file, which interestingly enough does not grow by 300kB/s.
  2. 1/ my apologies for not pointing out that my first try was before 2/ I tried scheduling by entering a password, and it indeed works using the default user@ADDomain syntax for the user name (that définitively not the user I input for logging in) (I do know that internally that's my ADuser name and that windows matches the domain\user syntax to it) 3/ Unchecked the combo entered the password, rechecked : task creation works 4/ Tried to create a task without unchecking and entering the password : fails with unknown error Looks to me like the password field is not optional (even when greyed) -- SBS
  3. When I first tried to create a schedule, I was prompted for credential, and could not get them to work. However, in the current version there is a checkbox that says "only run when logged" so taht it does not require entering credentials. It fails anyway. The user name is mylogin@myactivedirectory domain, but is greyed. Since it has been filled by immunet, one would expect that it is entered properly. -- SBS
  4. I have set blocking mode on, and have zillions of agent.exe disks tasks in my resource monitor steadily trashing my disk. I have started a full scan yesterday afternoon. lasted 6h. Still trashing this morning. For your infor agent read and write about 2MB/s from hystorydb and hystorydb-ex files.
  5. Hi, my taskscheduler is working properly. Can you copy/paste in the forum the command line for starting a full scan? I'll schedule manually the task in the task manager.
  6. When creating a scheduled weekly scan on saturdays at 3am. Full scan only when logged on. The creation fails with "unknown error occurred". As a consequence, I cannot create scheduled scans.
  7. Hello, I was discussing about immunet with colleagues, and the fact that there are "plug-in" engines that can be enabled and disabled at will. We though that it would be neat to have an option for auto enabling clamav when cloud-based detection is not available. This would allow for faster response when connected to the web, while keeping offline protection when not connected. Should I poll for this, or do you have such a feature already in the todo-list? -- sbs
  8. Hello, Just tried the above (there was an immunet folder in c:\programm to remove. there were no immunet files in c:\windows....\drivers). Support tools fails the same and windows update as well. -- sbs
  9. Hi, I have reinstalled, in order to try what you suggested. So my operation sthis morning where: 1/ clean reboot to complete previous uninstall 2/ install immunet 3.0.1 Beta 2 64 bits 3/ Go to settings and set blocking, do not set archives and packed files 4/ Try scanning windows update : broken 5/ Start Opera : runs ok no update pending, so I can't just provoque one 6/ Try Dell Client System Update : broken 7/ Try generating a support request before uninstalling . Support Tool crashes : below is the "limited" crash info that comes in the windows crash diag popup 8/ uninstalled (full with prefs and info deletion). No reboot 9/ windows update works fine again, Dell Client system update as well. 10. The support file is 22MB and has been uploaded to edwin's upload webpage. Same applies to the windows update issue. BTW the support upload page is limited to 10MB uploads which is not enough for my diag file.
  11. Having a RSS feed for the forums would allow tracking the news and releases of Immunet. I have now uninstalled, since immunet would brea my daily usage (windows update and opera). Unless I can use a RSS to know when the next version will come, I may miss the next release.
  12. On Windows 7 SP1 Fr-Fr updating opera to the latest version breaks it with a error in module 9. Uninstalling immunet restore Opera function.
  13. On Windows 7 SP1 Pro Fr-Fr, windows update does not list updates anymore. Updates fails with error 0x8000005. Uninstalling immunet restores windows update
