Hi Support, I have a Windows 2008 R2 running on AWS and I too am having trouble making scheduled scans run and when I click the Scan Now / Full Scan buttons I get "Your scan has failed to complete. An error has occurred". I have uninstalled and re-installed the software. After re-installation I can run the scan but then never again without getting the error. I am running no other AV program. Help if possible. Phil
