  1. I am running Windows 7 64 so I'm not going to go the TDSS route. I don't want to chance an additional problem. Thank you for your update. I have done a complete uninstall reinstall and the only problem is with the Rootkit scan. Based upon problems others seem to be having I think I'll accept it. Maybe an Administrator will eventually diagnose the problem and a fix will be forthcoming. For now, I have over 400 days on my license. When time comes for renewal I'll evaluate Immunet and make a decision to maintain it or not. Thank you again.
  2. Sent an e-mail to Rob T the other day since he has helped me in the past and indicated that I could contact him direct, but haven't heard anything as yet. I would still like to be able to run a Rootkit scan since I have a paid plus extended registration for 3 machines.
  3. Correct. I can't log into my account. TETRA is enabled and I have a current product license that I purchased which covers 3 computers that have 443 days remaining.
  4. I have a plus license already with 443 days remaining. Is there a way that it will recognize the license since I had to previously uninstall and reinstall Immunet due to an update glitch. Everything else is working; scans and updates.
  5. Flash and fullscan work but the Rootkit scan won't start. Any suggestions.
  6. Have the exact same situation as John Holbrook.
  7. I tried it a few times. No. The last updated still shows with a yellow ! as 5/3/2011 10:16:41 AM
  8. I have the exact same system and circumstances. Rob T was able to go into my computer and re-set it temporarily, but it came back in seven days. Everthing else seems to be functioning. I wish they could repair this bug. Right now nothing will work and a lot of time and effort had been made to try and fix it.
  9. I never had 6056, I originally downloaded the 6112 version.
  10. I have a new system with Windows 7 and had the same update problem. I didn't have the connection problem. After 1 week to the day, the yellow update icon came on. Tried to fix it with Orlando's fix but that didn't work. Finally got to Rob T who was extremly helpful. He went into my computer and fixed it. However, one week later to the day, the yellow update icon came back on. At this point I think I'll live with it as a "bug". If Rob T wants to try another method to fix it I'll probably give it another shot but I'm not too optimistic.
  11. Thank you for understanding my certain lack of knowledge in these matters. And, thank you again for resolving this.
  12. I'd would like to thank all of you for your efforts. The matter has been resolved by RobT.
  13. Thank you for your response. I did send the e-mail.
  14. Thank you for your continued support with this.
  15. Approx. 1 week after loading 3.0.1.6112 (Immunet Plus) The yellow ! Icon appeared and after using a number of methods to fix, it won't indicate green. After a manual update the last definition loads as byte code cvd. The next entry is a red x which indicates not able to update. The system used is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. The security system is McAfee Platinum.
