  1. Immunet is a free product, and with it being free- having it 'tested' against other products is costly. Though, Immunet does also use the ClamAV engine, so we detect everything ClamAV detects, plus have our own set for detection. On top of that, If anyone notices any false positives or anything of the sort- report it and we will be as quick as possible to fix. Other products that are not 'free' are externally tested and ranked.
  2. Ritchie is correct. We know about the Windows 10 High CPU and are looking into the issue to find a fix. Right now, it looks like Windows 10 is the ONLY operating system being affected from what I can tell. Though, if you have high CPU on the latest version on another OS, let me know ASAP.
  3. Still investigating, and going over the logs. Hopefully resolving soon !
  4. I am sorry that the progress of Immunet is not to your liking. I understand FP's are super annoying and I apologize, as well as pass it along to that team to see how can we do better to prevent things like this. The CPU hogging issue, should be fixed in the latest version, though some other users reported specifically windows 10 pro issues with that still which we are investigating. Do you have debugging enabled? If so, that's probably why the log files are filling up so quickly. What would you like to see in the future of Immunet?
  5. It won't be in the next release. But we are actively looking at into updating it.
  6. I am going to send you a message on sending a support log for me to look at to see how to fix this.
  7. You will want to use the most current version of Immunet.
  8. After doing a ton of research- it looks like there might be an conflicts with F-Secure DeepGuard when used with Immunet preventing the launch of office suite products. Though, I have no idea if you have f-secure products, it's just something we saw flag in the cloud log system
  9. i edited the link out, one because it went to a weird site. secondly, i can't fix your iTunes, you need to contact Apple for that. Are you saying you scanned your phone, with immunet? I am not understanding what happened-
  10. You can submit the files to us for review on immunet.com. If they are found to be malicious, we will write detection for them If you can provide the SHA's of the files, I can look at them quicker,- though not necessarily.
  11. Looks like this is a false positive, and we are fixing on our end
  12. Working on updating all the FAQs as well
  13. this is an FP and we are working on fixing it
  14. Someone else reported issues with Immunet detecting on browsers (FPs) though, this still might not be the case. Are they ALL Clam.Txt.Trojan.Kryptik-6887991-0 detection's?
  15. Can you provide what is triggering or what notification pops up? Like, what signature or message is firing so I can look into it?
  16. Thanks, I will work on getting the information updated.
  17. What issue are you having?
  18. Google Tag Manager is a tag management system created by Google to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites

if you were to scan just the file again, does it quarantine ?
  21. i wouldn't assume this to cause an issue, but I can look into it. What version of Windows? When testing with the latest version of Immunet, I am not having a problem. Maybe something else could be blocking? Or not a solid enough connection
  22. Are you using the internet from your phone to connect to the internet with the laptop? I assume you couldn't google when immunet was installed but you did afterwards?
