    Yes, we are working on refreshing the UI in the future. Hopefully sooner, than later. We have been getting a lot of reports on people not liking the UI.

  4. Let me know if that changes. Right now, on win 10 pro (on my box)- I scanned, and scan history is intact thus far...but it's only been about 6 hours. So, I will see if it holds longer or not

  7. You could use ClamAV for Windows, which is still opensourced. I've not been with the project long enough to know of the complaints for years on logging. For me , I was not aware people cared about this until this thread. I do think the product SHOULD be more user-friendly- I am working with the dev team to make that possible in the future.

  9. Immunet is a free product, and with it being free- having it 'tested' against other products is costly. Though, Immunet does also use the ClamAV engine, so we detect everything ClamAV detects, plus have our own set for detection. On top of that, If anyone notices any false positives or anything of the sort- report it and we will be as quick as possible to fix. Other products that are not 'free' are externally tested and ranked.
  10. Ritchie is correct. We know about the Windows 10 High CPU and are looking into the issue to find a fix. Right now, it looks like Windows 10 is the ONLY operating system being affected from what I can tell. Though, if you have high CPU on the latest version on another OS, let me know ASAP.

  12. I am sorry that the progress of Immunet is not to your liking. I understand FP's are super annoying and I apologize, as well as pass it along to that team to see how can we do better to prevent things like this. The CPU hogging issue, should be fixed in the latest version, though some other users reported specifically windows 10 pro issues with that still which we are investigating. Do you have debugging enabled? If so, that's probably why the log files are filling up so quickly. What would you like to see in the future of Immunet?

  15. You will want to use the most current version of Immunet.
  16. After doing a ton of research- it looks like there might be an conflicts with F-Secure DeepGuard when used with Immunet preventing the launch of office suite products. Though, I have no idea if you have f-secure products, it's just something we saw flag in the cloud log system

  18. You can submit the files to us for review on immunet.com. If they are found to be malicious, we will write detection for them If you can provide the SHA's of the files, I can look at them quicker,- though not necessarily.

  22. Someone else reported issues with Immunet detecting on browsers (FPs) though, this still might not be the case. Are they ALL Clam.Txt.Trojan.Kryptik-6887991-0 detection's?
