I tried rebooting ... still same result... I also tried reinstalling... still same result. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your reply Ritchie, The folders on that drive contain all sorts of files. (Its a shared storage drive) I am able to open up and browse the files from the Win UI, so its not an encryption or permission problem. Any other suggestions? ~J
Hello, I am running Windows Server 2012 R2, and Immunet v188.8.131.5238. It appears, I am able to scan the system drive (where Immunuet is installed), however I cannot scan other non-system drives (where data is stored.) When I perform a custom scan (and select the drive where the data it stored), it simply ends quickly and shows that zero files were scanned. Thanks for your help. ~J
