  1. I've been getting these same issues for weeks now. This pops up almost every day & sometimes multiple times a day. Reported the issues previously. I've seen other Clam issues reported as well by other users. Here's my most recent. Clam.Html.Exploit.CVE_2016_3271.2 C:\Users]bethg\AppData\Local]Temp\9cd7997b-fc03-4809-9711-10fac4d1a41c.tmp
  2. I reported the Clam issue many weeks ago to no avail. I was hoping the most recent update would fix this, but nope. (Using 7.3.12.20143 right now.) So I'm just dealing with the error as I don't have time to go through the steps for a manual fix...though I appreciate the workaround being posted! For others reading this, here's what it looks like on my end. (Including because I didn't see a screenshot attached above though one was mentioned.)
  3. I've sent it to Clam so guess we'll see what they say. Thanks for your help!
  4. Thanks so much for the quick response. I rarely use Adobe Reader so can't say whether the program is functioning well. But the program isn't a temp one & it is an executable. It hasn't been modified since December. (The path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe.)
  5. I've been running Immunet for a year or 3, and have never had a quarantine fail for a real issue...till possibly now. It's coming up in regards to AdobeARM.exe which is associated with Adobe Reader. The detection name is Clam.Win.Malware.Krucky-7009041-0 & I'm seeing very little regarding this online...and nothing on Immunet in regards to this. (The few times I've had a message pop up for a quarantine failure, I've seen lots of online evidence saying that this is a false positive so the lack of this info re: this particular issue is concerning to me.) Nothing's popped up when I scanned using another tool. Does anyone know if this is a false positive? Or have a recommendation for another tool to verify that there's a real issue? Appreciate your help.
