I am unable to restore quarantined files. Get a message to check that Agent is online. Searching around the forums, I found that I should see Agent.exe in the task manager, if not, reboot. Well, I didn't see it, so rebooted, and still do not see it running. How to get this working? BTW, when using the search function results in the forum, I get an error when clicking on any of the search result posting links (see attached). I then must copy the message headers into a internet search engine, and click the links from there. Lots more time consuming to find posts in the forums.

Hi there, I'm new to this forum, but have been lurking recently looking at similar issues. I am having similar problems as the user ccapes described where Immunet is detecting threats while running in the background but is unable to quarantine the files. When I run a full scan it doesn't detect anything. I have attached the details of them. They are a series of temp files. Is there anything else I should do? Appreciate any help that can be offered. Thanks in advance.

Greetings, I am getting notifications for fail to quarantine in my temp folder. I recently rebuilt my computer. Win 10 2004, Norton Antivirus and Immunet. I had the exact same setup before without issues. The notifications pop up while on the web with Google Chrome. When I check the folder the file is gone. I have ran scans with Norton, Immunet and also Malwarebytes. All come back clean. All the C VE's seem to be associated with Internet Explorer which I don't use. None of the files are things that I would white list. Thank you

I keep getting a threat detected, quarantine failed. Have run deep scan with NO threats detected. Not sure what to do.
