Recently i find that sometimes there are some files can not be deleted in recycle bin, then i find that these files are locked by agent.exe.They can be cleaned after reboot but i don't like the recycle bin is no empty...you know the icon with trash in the garbage can.

Here are two of them:

Dc6.ico

C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-776561741-492894223-1417001333-500\Dc6.ico

image name

agent.exe

Handle

0x0000092C

0x00000930

Dc5.jpg

C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-776561741-492894223-1417001333-500\Dc5.jpg

image name

agent.exe

Handle

0x00000934

0x00000938

i don't think immunet had dealt with these files before ... it's weird

Mature,

Sorry, I didn't realize I didn't have the support forum up until I saw your post, so I moved it.

Were you doing anything on machine that had a lot of CPU or Disk I/O? I've seen this previously in 1.0.26, but this is the first I've heard of it in 2.0. Also, are you using Plus or Free? Finally, please attach a Support Snapshot.

Thanks,

Thanks for replying.

I always "torture" my pc with a lot of stuff B) like testing software or virus, having disk defrag, maybe there are chances get high CPU or Disk I/O.

It happens occasionally so i can't capture snapshot about this..maybe next time :)

BTW i'm using PLUS

Expecting the next version with lots improves.
