kik
I have the new version and it was updated for about a week and now there is a yellow icon. On a manual update it attempts to load a "Byte code" and then indicates "unable to update". I have windows 7. When I first did the subscription there were no problems. I have the new 112 version. Please help!
Guest Orlando
Hi, Use Immunet Protect Fix Tool, choose number 2 and 6 (2- Clean History, 6- Last Updated Icon Always Displays "not Updated") and fix it. Orlando
kik
Hi, Use Immunet Protect Fix Tool, choose number 2 and 6 (2- Clean History, 6- Last Updated Icon Always Displays "not Updated") and fix it. Orlando Thank you for your reply. I followed your instructions and the yellow icon is still present. I also attempted to clean the file history and it doesn't seem to be working. Is there anything else that can be done?

kik
Orlando / Kik - this is the first I've heard of this particular issue. Feel free to ping support at immunet dot com if you don't have any success. I pm'd Orlando but I'll mention that I have the paid #### subscription that has worked fine for approx. 1 week. The Immunet updater last icon now always reads "unable to install updates" and the last updated icon always displays "not updated" with the yellow ! I am connected and I am able to run all scans with no problems. Any additional help? I would prefer not to uninstall the Immunet program and lose my reg. #. Thank you. Rob.T
Hi Kik, can you post a screenshot of what your seeing when it attempts to load a byte code?
bfisher
I've noticed mine says it hasn't updated since 4/10/11, but when I tell it to "fix it", it says "latest updates are already installed".
Rob.T
Hi Bfisher, please ignore the date field - that's a known bug and will be fixed in 3.0.2. However if "Update" icon is yellow with an exclamation mark (rather than green with a checkmark), this thread should fix your issue: http://forum.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/947-3016056-last-updated-icon-always-displays-not-updated/
kik
Hi Kik, can you post a screenshot of what your seeing when it attempts to load a byte code? It indicates " byte code.cvd "
kik
It indicates " byte code.cvd " Thank all of you for your help but unfortunately the last directions has not solved the problem. This is taking too much time and effort to fix. At this point I have to uninstall Immunet and utilize my McAfee security system. Fortunately, I only lost $30.00. Rob.T
Hi Kik, I don't know where your seeing the "byte code.cvd" error, hence why I asked for the screenshot. Please email me at support at immunet dot com with the subject "For RobT: forum thread 5431" and if we can't solve your problem I'll see what I can do about getting you a refund.
