Disconnect Advisory

I recently ran a full scan. 18 hours and 26 minutes later (no log-off) I returned to find a big red X on the face of Immunet consule with the advisory DISCONNECTED. Immunet had only scanned 195,300 files and was still scanning; yet displayed advisory that SCAN COMPLETED - NO THREATS, etc.

When I first got Immunet and ran full scans, approximately 1,500,000 files were scanned to completion. The full scans were done overnight - I think about 8 hours.

I cannot call Support while I'm at work. I've tried contacting Support, via e-mail (yes I've paid the $19.95); but only get auto-replies acknowledging receipt of my e-mail and zero follow-up. I've uninstalled and re-installed - thankfully getting my license key reset thru this forum; but the problem remains.

 

I'm hoping someone on this forum can offer some advice. TIA

Hey Dave - I haven't gotten any support email requests from you. Can you email me at support at immunet dot com, with the subject line for "RobT - forum thread 1014", and attach your c:\program files\Immunet\local.xml to it and I will take a look and get back to you?
