ritchie58 Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 You will have to tell your firewall that Immunet's processes are safe by creating a "allow" or "trusted application" rule for the application file paths of both C:\Program Files\Immunet Protect\3.0.1\agent.exe and C:\Program Files\Immunet Protect\3.0.1\iptray.exe. Refer to your firewall's user manual, read me or help files if your not certain how to do this or contact your I.T. administrator if your facility has one.
