avstudio1
After installing and rebooting, Immunet doesn't run. When I launch it manually it loads into the state shown in the picture. Internet is connected, and computer is running okay besides this. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times. The only thought I had was there may be a virus on the machine already? ritchie58
You might want to check to see if any other program, such as your firewall Allow/Deny rules or other security software, is blocking the processes agent.exe and iptray.exe. Two active processes that Immunet uses to function properly.
Guest Orlando
Open Task Manager (ctrl+shift+esc) and check if iptray.exe and agent.exe are running. Tell me the respond. Orlando
reyescp
Hi Orlando, I installed Immunet this morning and when I tried to run "Scan Now", I received the message "Immunet 3.0 is not running. Please restart Immunet 3.0 service and retry." I exited, restarted the program and tried again. Same result. This time, I restarted my computer, restarted the program and tried again. Still the same result. I saw you post and checked Task Manager, both iptray.exe and agent.exe are running. Thanks.
Guest Orlando
Hi cpr, First of all close the Immunet Tray, click with right on the Immunet Tray and choose "Close" then open a CMD (C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe) as Administrator and type: taskkill /f /im iptray.exe taskkill /f /im agent.exe net stop immunetprotect "wait......" net start immunetprotect and then open again the program.
