ritchie58
Wow, I would have to say something went wrong there! What is your Operating System btw? There have been some reports of issues between Windows 7 & the current 7.3.12 build of Immunet recently. Here's something you can try. First go into your OS's 'Safe Mode "without" Networking' and then attempt to run the Windows Add/Remove uninstaller again. Let me know if that doesn't work. Another option would be to download a good third-party uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller but see if Windows uninstaller works first in Safe Mode without Networking. zombunny2
Can confirm Ritchie's solution. I've had this issue before. Solved it exactly the same way: I rebooted into Safe Mode (I think I used safe mode with command prompt, but safe mode without networking will probably also work), and used Revo (proprietary freeware) on one occasion, and BCUninstaller (FLOSS) on another. It's a shame the Immunet/AMP developers don't produce a removal/cleanup tool like the other AV vendors do.
ritchie58
You're right there zom. It would be nice if the developers created a up to date, comprehensive, removal tool just in case something does go wrong.
