jadoti
Is this the only available support, this and calling? I paid for the product, is email support not available? Also, whenever I open Immunet, I get a "Not Updated" yellow exclamation. I check for updates, it says its updated, but it still shows the yellow exclamation. Also, even when there are updates available, it doesn't seem to get them automatically. Is there a way to tell it to stay up to date? Thanks in advance, Mike

Thanks in advance, Mike Hi Mike, This email address can be used to contact Immunet: support@immunet.com ! When emailing immunet try to explain your problem in the email. An advantage is if you to the email enclose screenshots illustrating your problems in zip- or 7z format. But you can also wait for a reply by an administrator to this forum topic. Rob.T
Hi Mike, can you tell me what version of Immunet you have installed (hover over the About link at the botton of the Immunet interface), and if you are running in Free or Plus mode? jadoti
RobT: 3.0.1.6112 is the version I have, and I'm not sure how to check whether I'm in Free or Plus mode. EDIT: Judging by the product comparisons, I have Plus (I assume, since I can schedule scans and that's only available in Plus) And thanks for the email address, sweidre, much appreciated. sweidre
RobT: 1. 3.0.1.6112 is the version I have, and I'm not sure how to check whether I'm in Free or Plus mode. 2. EDIT: Judging by the product comparisons, I have Plus (I assume, since I can schedule scans and that's only available in Plus) And thanks for the email address, sweidre, much appreciated. Hi jadoti, 1. The latest version is 3.0.2.6548 (should be able to download from the homesite of Immunet: http://www.immunet.com) 2. I have the FREE version, and I can schedule scans! Three ways to check if you have Free or Plus (paid) version is to control these: 2a. Product -> Settings -> Tetra Detetion Engine -> Enable Tetra Engine (if shaded and always OFF, you have the Free version) 2b. Product -> Settings -> Tetra Detetion Engine -> Allow Definition Updates (if shaded and always OFF, you have the Free version) 2c. Product -> Settings -> Product License -> License key -> Licence Type: FREE and the white field below is filled with only zeros: You have only the Free version There are two versions of the Free version: Immunet Cloud only or Immunet Cloud + ClamAV. In the Free version ClamAV can be activated/disacivated under Settings! Cheers, sweidre PS. Immunet Plus has TETRA, but the Free version has not! DS. jadoti
Hi Sweidre, I have the plus then, according to the product key. I'll upgrade the version tonight, but that's part of what I was getting at in my first email, why doesn't Immunet inform you of new versions? It doesn't seem to update it's definitions on it's own, or apparently inform you of new versions. Thanks again, Mike

Thanks again, Mike Hi Mike, OK, I understand from above, that you have the PLUS (paid) version of Immunet. (I forgot to tell you, that in the PLUS version Rootkit scan can be done, but not in the FREE version!) For those, who take part in the Immunet forum, RobT announced the new version here: "Immunet 3.0.2 Released! Get it from http://download.immunet.com/push/immunet/ImmunetSetup.exe " & here: http://forum.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/1124-immunet-302-released/ All who are using Immunet received info about the new version via the Immunet software itself thus: Community -> Notices -> Updates -> 3.0.2 is released! Regarding update of definitions for the PLUS version, I am not updated myself, because I use only the cloudbased Immunet FREE, for which the cloud is always up-to-date (on a zero-date basis)!
