I cannot log in with one of my accounts. I get "an unexpected failure has occurred".

The account is valid ... because I can change its password.

Using free version. Clicking on SUPPORT takes me to this forum.

I have 3 accounts (3 computers too) and the other two accounts work fine. This just started today.

Will PRIVATELY provide the failing account's email address, user name, and anything else needed.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi WacoJohn,

You are acting correct in this situation! Of course, you cannot on this board give email, user name or password of this account of yours! I hope, that a mod or admin will talk to you in private (using PM) to help you. If no admin or mod are turning up on this thread, I suggest, that you PM Orlando or RobT. (One last possible way is to write an email to support@immunet.com ).

Cheers,

sweidre

Wow .. nice quick response from Support via email. Turns out, I needed to update to the latest free version. Odd thing though is clicking CHECK FOR UPDATE said it was up to date. Anyway, I uninstalled, downloaded latest, installed, and all is well.

Of course I did the same with the other two computers .. even though they worked fine.

Hi WacoJohn,

I have never sent any email to support@immunet.com , but I am really glad to hear, that the support replied to you immediately! "CHECK FOR UPDATE" isn't that an item, that we had on the long list of minor bugs? As the admin Anthony once said, we are concentrating upon the major things: AV Engines, False Positives etc. Minor bugs, that he callled "Cosmetica" will be fixed later. I have the latest version of Immunet 3.0.3.6870, and I have scanned the systemderive (C:\) and two other drives with many setup- files. The result: One single FP only! A real improvement from earlier versions!! Let us see, what you will say about the new version!? Maybe scanning is a bit slower than before, but if scanning is done during your sleep, it is not a big deal! So, in my mind, the development of Immunet is heading in the right direction, step by step!! (Remember to always have the latest version, though!)

Cheers,

sweidre
