I attempt to update my software prior to every scan. Messages tell me that everything is up-to-date. About a month or 2 ago, I got a "Not Updated" and a "Fix It" message when I opened the Immunet screen. Every time since then, when I attempt to update, the same "everything is up-to-date" messages appear. Nine days ago, I noticed that the last update date is 05/21/2011, the date I purchased the product. An anti-virus product that never is updated is useless to me. Therefore, I tried to contact Immunet support by phone. I reached someone who could not help me because I did not purchase 24/7 phone support. OK. Then I sent an email. Later that day, I received an email giving me a case number and telling me that I would be contacted. Nine days ago. Nothing has happened: no emails and no phone calls. I will be replacing Immunet in a few days with a product that I deleted for reasons that now seem quite trivial. I will not be back on this forum.
