Recommended Posts

I have downloaded the v. 3 but it installs the V2.0.17.31 and won't install the V 3,

If I re downlaod the ver. 3 it just say that the version is insatlled but it runs the ver. 2

Why can I not install the latest version ?

Windows 7, 64bit

Hello,

It is very rare but I have heard of this happening. Try the instructions below.

Run the Uninstaller.

Click no to the pop up question asking if you plan to use Immunet again.

Make sure to reboot after it finishes.

Try the installer below

For 64bit Systems - http://download.immunet.com/binaries/immunet/bin/protect-en-us-3.0.4.7241-64-tcp.exe

Are you choosing the non-English version? V3 is only available in English right now.
