donna
I just installed Immunet for the first time. Right away it flagged CNYHKey.exe as a virus...I checked it out on VT and it got a 8/40 for trojans also...but I've had this file forever...I thought it was a file associated with my Gateway wireless keyboard & mouse...could I be wrong? Where can I submit the file to have it checked? ...I've looked all over the forum/site and I don't find a submission link anywhere... I have another file that goes with it... CNYHKey.ini...if one is bad, the other should probably go also, but it only flagged on of them... (???) I'm a little confused...doesn't happen often, but occasionally it happens. The file is 5Mb so I can't upload it here...

Hi Donna, Could you go to Start --> All Programs --> Immunet 3.0 -->Support Diagnostic Tool This will create a .7z file on your desktop which is a log of all Immunet activity. Could you email support@immunet.com this file. It will give me the info needed to whitelist the file if necessary.
