Dagoof
Hello! I just tried installing the latest available download from CNET (3.0.4) and while it seems to install fine, the interface never comes up when I click on the icon. I did have Symantec SEP 11 installed but uninstalled it, rebooted, and installed Immunet again. Still no interface. I did select the option to try the PLUS version and noticed there was a license key already inputted in the field and left it as was and did the install. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you! ritchie58
The Immunet process iptray.exe controls the behavior of the GUI. You could use Task Manager to make sure that iptray.exe is running. Also make sure that no other security software, such as your firewall, is blocking that process. A couple things to check first. Another process of Immunet is agent.exe which needs internet access.
millard@immunet.com
You may also want to look at your registry, specifically HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones and look for a garbage character.
