Magma Plague
I'm unable to do any scans due to a BIG RED X telling me that I am 'Disconnected' from the internet. I wouldn't be typing this if that was indeed the case. I am connected to the internet. My firewall setting have for Immunet is 'Allow all'. There's a radio button beneath the BIG RED X entitle 'fix it!'; 'fix it!' does nothing of the sort. In a nut: my firewall is correctly configured and I am connected to the internet; however, Immunet insists that I am not connected to the internet. I'd be grateful for any constructive advice. TollyBugg
I too am getting exactly the same error. I can even log out and log in to the community section. But it still thinks I am disconnected.. I have also successfully downloaded some immunet updates too. Something weird going on. Sort it out immunet!!! I don't have details yet. --Millard Yeah, so basically someone walked by the server wearing a magnetic bracelet. or You could just make up some stuff about flux capacitors not working properly and a series of unfortunate events out of your control caused an anomaly on the network. The short answer is that we had a server go down and slice some portion of our users off last night and early this morning. The issue is fixed now, sorry for the headache guys. al

sweidre
Hi, Has Immunet Protect Software the same server as the Immunet Forum! If they have two separate servers, then a server problem regarding Immunet Protect Software might be reported in the Immunet Forum by a big message popup!! Cheers, sweidre
