No Response For My Refund Request.

I purchased Immunet Plus at 2011/12/18.

I requested a refund using your support form at 2011/12/19.(Case #7140)


I had not got a reply or a refund for nearly one month,

so I sent you a e-mail to ask about the status of my refund request at 2012/01/17.(Case #7431)


Still I haven't got any reply except automated "Custom New Case Customer Notification"...

Can you please check the status of my refund request?
