sweidre
Hi, I have just made a Flash scan with no errors found, but I received the message, that my computer is "Not Secure!" - "Fix it"! Then I made another Flash scan with still no errors found, and the message "Not Secure!" - "Fix it!" is still there! I know, that I have come acroos this problem before, but it was easily solved then by rebooting my computer! Now rebooting does not help me! Using WinPatrol I have checked, that the file: iptray.exe and the service: agent.exe are both running! I clicked on the Support Diagnostic Tool.lnk and received the file: Immunet_Support_Tool_2010_08_01_17_03_56.zip (1,235 kB) to my computer. I tried to attach it here to this post but got the message, that the file is to big for attaching! Can anybody give me a good advice! Cheers, sweidre

Guest orlando
Try a different scan, full scan or custom scan. Try to uninstall if it did not work (clean with ccleaner the disc with and a program the registry) and then reinstall. I too have this problem and say it's a temporary problem that the developers are already resolving. Have patience. Orlando
khendricks7
I've got this as well. I did notice the date under "last scanned" is not displaying correctly. It's showing 01, 2010 07:25:11 so it looks like a bug of some sort.
sweidre
Hi Kid Shamrock, With your eagle-eye you saw the real problem: A Bug in giving time for "Last Scanned" I think Kid Shamrock is right here! The "Computer - Unsecure" did not appear during the month of July. It turned up when we changed from July to August. "Last Scanned" is showing year, date, hour, minute, second but not month! That's why everything is going awry regarding scanning today! I'll stay put waiting for the programmer to correct this error! lekkxus
Dear Sweidre Yes the same "' Not Secure "" is on mine too .Like it happened before and went away on a reboot. I have another antivirus , so I will stick with Immunet as they are improving and I'm sure it can be fixed soon.

millard@immunet.com
Still have the Not Secure, Fix It, condition. Some have a solution but still here for me. Thanks. Dave Dave, When you go to History, select the Scan History in the drop down after "View By" are you seeing entries? The entries should drive the Secure/Not Secure dialog and there were bugs in 2.0.11 that got fixed in 2.0.14. If this still happening to you in 2.0.14, please run the System Diagnostics tool (http://support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10) and send it to support@immunet.com --Millard

Lekkxus, You don't have to actually remove the old version. Just download the new one and it'll install over it and upgrade to the latest version. We're not forcing the upgrade on users because we plan on doing another one soon and didn't want to force upgrade too frequently. --Millard

Guest Frank
I was having the same problem, and tried all the "normal" things to correct this "Computer - Unsecure!" problem. After reading the replies on this forum, I took the suggestion to manually download the 2.0.14 update, and sure enough, that solved the problem. If I had any doubts before about the value of this community and forum, they are gone. Next retirement check, I think I'll upgrade to the full version. Thank you, my Immunet friends.
