ritchie58
Adobe has released a new 11.1.102.62 version of it's Flash Player to address several security issues. The old version has vulnerabilities that could result in arbitrary code being executed on the system. It is recommended that people update their Flash Player as soon as possible. You can get the new version from CNET here. Also if you use Adobe's Shockwave Flash Player for web based games and other Flash content there is also a new version for that. Version 11.6.4.634 can be found here.
ritchie58
As a final comment: Let's hope that this latest fix is the last one Adobe will need to implement to correct what has been a long list of security vulnerabilities over the years with it's Flash Player. One can only hope given the fact that so many people rely on the software to view flash based content on the web.
