nlavery
I did a full scan and Immunet found wget.exe to be a virus of some sort and quarantined it. The file is legit and is from PinnacleDate.com. Without it the Pinnacle program did not run properly. I was however able to search for the file and retrieve it and remedy the issue. But since this seems a fairly common occurance, I'd recommend that Immunet ASK the user first before quarantining a file. Maybe this is in the configuration?? ritchie58
Hi Toby, yes, you are correct. You can change how Immunet responds to malicious or suspicious files. Open the GUI > click on Settings > scroll down to "Quarantine Behavior." There you have the option to decide if a file is automatically quarantined or you are notified first before Immunet does anything by adjusting the "On Detection of Malicious Files" and "On Detection of Suspicious Files." Just choose "Automatic" or "Ask Me." Regards, Ritchie...
