Quarantining & Restoring of False Postives?

1. If a false positive file is quarantined , will then also corresponding registry item(s) be quarantined?

2. If not, there is a risk that a use of a registry cleaner will eliminate the corresponding registry item(s) for good. When restoring the false postive file, the corresponding registry item(s) is/are gone forever!

3. If so, will the corresponding registry item(s) be restored together with the false postive file?
