bvamundsen
Hi Moderators, I have been attempting to contact the support number for help with my Plus License install. I always call after 9 AM MST. The phone is not answered and instead for the last three days goes to a voice mail box stating I should leave my name and number. The number is 1-877-678-2096. However, when I look at the screen shots for ClamAV Protect there is a different number listed, it is 1-866-891-4480. This second number is answered immediately and identifies itself as the techsupport line. That person wanted my to login to livesupport.com, register and then allow them to remote control my PC to repair the problem. I have my computers remote access specifically shutoff and don't allow anyone to have access. I'm an advanced PC and windows user and very comfortable with command line and can execute instructions spoken to me, but the tech didn't want to instruct me on what steps to take. So the question is.... Which is the right telephone number for Immunet Protect Plus? Thanks, Brian A.
Pedersen
Hello bvamunds. I know that the phone support can be a pain in the *** sometimes. If you can describe the problem here I might be able to help you? Regarding the number I would say that you can use both but can only guaranty that 1-877-678-2096 will be able to help you out.
