ritchie58
Hello everyone! We have been kicking around the idea of using the chatroom feature of the forum to allow Immunet users to talk to us live concerning any questions, comments, ideas and support issues that one might have. This way you wouldn't have to wait hours or days for a response to your inquiry. Plus we would like to see members using the chat feature more often and I think this would be a good incentive to encourage it's use. This is all in the preliminary stages as of this writing. We still have to figure out the times we would be available in chat for that purpose. I would like to hear from other forum users if you think it's a good idea, a bad idea, the best times to be available or if you have any comments as to best use the chat feature for live support. If there is a positive response to this post then it will definitely be implemented. So sound off fellow Immunet forum users! What do you think? Best wishes, Ritchie... Pedersen
We would very much like if we could get some response. The sooner we can get some response the sooner we can implement the option and it is all for you! Best regards Pedersen
jgroep
For me I've never used live support for any which program, and I don't think I'm going to use it when it's implemented. Maybe it's a nice feature for some, only not for me. A good FAQ and the forums are enough. Just my two cents.
bvamundsen
I'm in favor of a chatroom. But it needs to be manned during the whole support available hours (9AM to 5PM) MST and replies need to be within seconds not minutes of the question, even if it is just to acknowledge the person and give them a ticket number to use for future correspondence. A "Live Chat" room will only hurt support reputation if it is done with slow responses. If you are thinking response time will be like an IRC channel where people see the conversation but replying is done as time allows from other work, then simply put up an IRC channel for us to use. Otherwise the Forum Support area and FAQ's work for me too.
