I would not recommend this software to my worst enemy. This forum and the software are becoming a joke in any serious consideration of security applications. Yes, several months did pass when there was a lack of support personal responding to users inquires. That was due to an unexpected employee roster change and getting fireAMP ready to roll out. This situation has been, recently, greatly improved upon with the addition of new support personal being hired. We are also looking into using the live chat feature as another support option at the moment! As far the forum goes, if you were encountering problems Orlando, Pedersen or I certainly would have tried to help you in any way possible russ. You know that. Have you tried the new 3.0.6 beta? This beta and the current version do address performance issues that some users were encountering. As always if one is encountering problems your encouraged to send in an SDT report to support@immunet.com for analysis and more than likely a remedy can be found to the problem. Regards, Ritchie... Guest jgzll Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 I don't think Immunet team is good with users.Do you know how many languages are completed?But why aren't they added to the product?The stuff sre wasting the translators' time!I was a Chinese user and I'm very disappointed with at it.I will not use it until it has offical Chinese version.
