ritchie58
Hello Mario, the newest 3.0.6.8225 beta version can be found in the Announcements section of the forum. Here is a link. I just checked and the link to the installer does work. It's a bootstrapper installer so it will automatically determine your OS (32bit, 64bit) and download and install the right version. I know the installer works because I just installed the beta on my roomy's machine last night. The link for the current 3.0.5.7980 version also works in the Announcements section if you don't want to use the beta. This installer can be found here. ritchie58
You can also download the latest installers from Immunet's homepage as well. I just checked and the links do work there. I also believe that the 3.0.6 version is out of beta now, although there has been no official word on that yet, and the newest installers can be found at the homepage. ritchie58
I seriously doubt there is an off-line installer package for the new 3.0.6 version. Although this certainly isn't the first time that someone inquired about an off-line installer it's very rare when a user requests one. I think having both bootstrapper and off-line installers for users is a good idea though.

I think having both bootstrapper and off-line installers for users is a good idea though. you may remember that i have asked for some working silent uninstall switches a while ago. For a Company the offline installers are the only way to deploy the software in a big network it would be waste of bandwide if every computer in the network will download the package. so the request for the links for a offline installer thx in av Mario http://git.disconnected-by-peer.at/go-opsi/sourcefire.immunet/
ritchie58
I agree with you Mario. That would be a tediously time consuming operation to have every individual workstation have to go on-line to install besides the bandwidth usage you mentioned. I could be wrong on that, maybe there is an off-line installer that I'm not aware of. Have you looked at Sourcefire's fireAMP at all? This innovative security software has been designed from the ground up to function within a large server based networked environment. Competitors have no other product like it. Francis
Hi Mario, Offline installs are not supported by Immunet. As Ritchie indicated, however, our enterprise product, FireAMP, does support this feature, as well as many others. FireAMP also operates through our cloud and can therefore be used as a solution as long as all your end points are all online. Thanks.
