Blocking known applications

Recommended Posts

I've two applications that shouldn't have to be blocked:

Steam.exe (installed application) - exception added to make it work

Intel Graphic driver updated (some exe in setup is not allowed):
I tried to disable everything, but could find an option to allow the right thing to work.
Too complicated.
I've provided screenshot of this last one ...

There has been issues with the Steam gaming app before. I would recommend that you create a custom 'Exclusion rule with Immunet' for 'Steam's entire Program Files folder'. That should go a long way at encountering any future conflicts.

Did you get the graphic driver update installed? If not you can also create an Exclusion rule using the 'exact file path' for the executable. Then run the installer again.

Feel free to add another thread to this topic if you still run into problems with Steam or installing the graphic driver update.

Best wishes, Ritchie...

Ran into the same thing with Bricscad today and about freaked.

Your advice helped me to solve it quick.

Thanks Richie.
