dallas7
I observed this "Unable to install updates" behavior on my laptop after installing 2.0.14.91 over .11.3. Since I'd been updating IP+ since RC1, I figured it would be a good time to do a clean re-install. Well, in that short period of time 2.0.14.99 had arrived and it's showing the same exact results after running an Update Now. As evidenced by time stamp in the Plugins folder, the updated files are installed. The "Unable to install updates" is false return. I can also report the automatic updates occur hourly with the updated files in each Plugins folder displaying the appropriate timestamps. Interestingly, 2.0.14.91 on my desktop does not exhibit this behavior. Along with successful hourly updates, an Update Now will complete without this error anomoly. This was an install over 11.3, not a clean install. Cheers.

Did you delete the Immunet folder after uninstall, and clean the Registry?
Guest orlando
I suggest a reinstall after a disk and a registry cleaning. Orlando
dallas7
Did that. Revo advanced, CCleaner, WinUtils Pro. Even got those Immunet folders buried elsewhere.

dallas7
Well, while I'm waiting on support@ for the easy method I have come to find out if the Update button in the Updater dialogue is clicked after the "failed" status appears, the files are downloaded again and a successful install is reported. dallas7
This issue, with additional problems, is further discussed here: http://forum.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/422-unable-to-update/page__gopid__2547#entry2547 I should note that contrary to my Aug 7 posting in this thread (directly above), clicking the Update button in the Updater dialogue more often than not resulted in continued update failures, or not. There was/is no pattern which continued through to 2.0.16 along with the random shut down of the hourly Tetra updates.
