dmull
I had purchased a 3 PC 2 yr license key from Immunet and I only installed it on one pc and that pc just recently told me it switched back to the free version. Every time I try to re-apply the key it now tells me it is deactivated. I reformatted the pc and forgot to pull my key off of the PC and it got deleted. I either want my $44.95 back or reinstate my key for 2 years as what i paid for. I am not very happy with this product. Even on a new install it does not accept the key. Francis
Hi dmull, The issue where it seems like your product has switched back to the free version happens when our GUI (iptray.exe) can no longer connect to our Agent program (agent.exe). This can happen if you open the Immunet Console from more than one user account at a time (The first instance of iptray.exe is connected to the agent, but the agent cannot accept a second connection; this is a known bug that is being addressed), if the agent.exe gets blocked by firewalls or quarantined by other AV software (just add a firewall exception for agent.exe or add exclusions for Immunet's Program Files directory, respectively) or your system time is ahead and past the expiration date of your product key. As for your license key being blocked, every time you try to register a key we deduct one from the total number purchased. If you have a valid reason, like this particular case, we can replenish them for you so you can regain your coverage. I will send you an e-mail with your product key and to follow up on your issues. Thanks, - Francis

If there is a bug like this it needs to be fixed before charging people for it. I have rebooted machine many times and it still is messing up. I may have to reinstall again. the app that is
