I can't recover the confirmation code upon I purchase.

Hi Chris, what you could do as a temporary measure is install the "Trial" Plus version of Immunet on your new machine until someone at Support uses your forum member Private Message feature or re-emails your License Key code for you. I personally don't have access to that type of data or I would do that for you if I could. If you still have Immunet installed on your old machine what you could try is open the GUI and click on Settings > scroll down and click on the Product License tab > copy the Key code on a slip of paper if it still exists. Depending on the option you chose when you first purchased your Plus License Key you might still have the ability to install Immunet Plus on a few other machines. Try entering the Key Code on the Trial version of Immunet on your new PC to see if it works. It's always a good idea to make a backup copy of your License/Activation Keys for any paid software you use and keep it in a secure location just in case. That's what I do. Then again I backup 'everything', lol! Cheers, Ritchie...
