Hello serg, open Immunet's GUI and click on Quarantine. Check to see if any file(s) related to the update utility installer has been quarantined. If so click on the file in question and click "Restore." This will automatically move the file to the Exclusion List. Then try temporarly disabeling "Monitor Program Install" and "Blocking Mode" in the Settings and then run the installer again to see if that makes a difference. Don't forget to turn these settings back on afterwards. Also if you're using Windows 7 make sure your UAC isn't set so high that it's blocking the install. The program can be whitelisted if you can tell us the correct SHA256 hash too. Cheers, Ritchie...
