Divot.
I somehow managed to gotten Security Suite into my laptop. I was surprised that Immunet didn't catch before Security Suite became active. I was not able to use any kind programs because the "virus" would just exit the program, this included task manager, and disabling my internet. It was a pain in the neck to get rid of it. I just hope no one has to go through the experience I had with it. I wanted to give Immunet a heads up.
buckslayr
Thanks for the heads up. Rogues are difficult to detect.
Guest orlando
Immunet is working hard against rogue software, but in my tests was a bit low. However, the rogue programs are hard to remove (after the rootkit that is able to program in safe mode). They also are able to eliminate when you leave behind other viruses with the task of destroying the system when the rogue was defeated, a sort of suicide of the virus. It was using the version before 2.0.15.12. I was running it with Free Avg now too. Sorry for the late reply.

Sorry for the late reply. Free (and Plus frankly) will miss threats from time to time. Rogue AV is also somewhere we want to spend more attention on. There is a reason people (many of which have AV) are getting nailed with these. They are insidious. al
