ritchie58
I have the paid version of IObit's System Care Pro. A utilities software package. It informed me to update to version 3.7.0. Downloaded and ran the installer for the new version when it froze about half way through the install. I had to use task manager to reboot after that. I was using the blocking mode which I turned off and ran the installer again. This time it almost got through the install when the same thing happened again having to reboot. The third time around I exited out of Immunet Protect and then ran the installer and had no problems with the installation process. Last night I updated my Speedfan program to the latest version with no problems. I thought it wise to bring this issue to your attention.

Hi ritchie58, Have you tried to put Advanced SystemCare Pro in the list of Protection Exclusions of Immunet Protect? It might work, anyhow it is worth a try! Settings -> Protection Exclusions -> Add New Exclusion -> Browse -> Select your Advanced SystemCare Pro from the tree structure -> Add Exclusion -> Apply -> Close If this will not work, you can remove Advanced SystemCare Pro from the list: "Protection Exclusions" by clicking on the (X)- mark just to the right of Advanced SystemCare Pro! Cheers sweidre
