Suspend Mode Blocked

Recommended Posts

Hi Jabier, when you enter Hibernate/Suspend mode with XP it takes a snapshot of your system configuration settings & all the processes that are currently launched and then relaunches these same processes & settings when you power back up. This takes additional Hard Drive space for this data. If your Hard Drive does not have the additional space for this data you will not be able to enter into Hibernation/Suspend mode with XP.

Regards, Ritchie...

If you feel it's not a HDD free space issue and you think Immunet is the possible cause you're more than welcome to submit a SDT report to Support Jabier. Information on how to create and submit a SDT report can be found in the FAQ section of this forum.

You could try turning off "Blocking Mode" in Settings to see if that corrects the issue. Then reboot and see if you can enter Suspend Mode then. If that doesn't do it also try turning off "Monitor Program Install" too and do another reboot. You will loose some protection with these features disabled but I think it's worth a try anyway. If that doesn't work please do send in that SDT report.

Cheers, Ritchie...
